Story of Romeo

Romeo lived on the streets close to a nursery. He was playful and one of the most loveable dogs in his locality. The team of Farishtey fed him every evening and he eagerly waited for us every night to play with followed by dinner. One fine day,a car ran over his right leg leading to a major accident and we rushed to the hospital immediately. The doctor said that his right leg has to be removed else there would be a spread of disease and poison all over his body and he would eventually die. We had no other option but to do as the doctor said.He was just around six months old at this time.
Romeo was healed and we bought him home until he would fully recover. After a month when all his stitches were out and he had learned to walk on 3 legs,we left him back at the same place where he lived along with his mother and siblings.
Every evening when we went to check on Romeo and to feed him ,we observed that he cried most of the time and did not eat. We then realized that he was very much attached to us and couldn’t live on the streets anymore. We bought him home and today after 4 years of being with him, he is the most important member of our family.
